Service Description
initial Consultation will include: - A thorough history and getting to know your horse - A physical examination covering gait, joint palpation and range of motion, muscle strength, balance and proprioception - If indicated a neurological assessment may also be completed
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of your booking, which will be charged to the card on file. No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show" and the full amount will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in a request for prepayment. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation and are unable to provide the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible, and I will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
